Orders

All items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All orders are final and non-refundable for:

  • “Incorrect choices”
  • “Change of mind”
  • Exchanges
  • Packages returned to sender by the courier
  • Packages refused by the buyer
  • Unclaimed packages

All orders placed on spiralrain.ca or through checkout options on Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram are governed by these Online Purchase Terms, Spiral Rain’s Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. If the information provided at checkout is incorrect, the order will still be shipped to the address entered at the time of purchase. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, it is the customer’s responsibility to locate or retrieve the package.

International Buyers – Please Note

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine applicable fees before purchasing.

Customers agree that all products purchased from Spiral Rain are for personal use only and not for resale.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted only for items that arrive damaged. Supporting photos of the damage must be provided.

Digital products are non-refundable.

Subscription Renewals

All subscription payments are final after renewal.
We no longer offer prepaid multi-month plans (3/6/12 months).
All subscriptions are month-to-month only and can be canceled anytime before the next renewal date.

Once a renewal processes, it is final and non-refundable.

Refund Processing & Fees

If a refund is approved (damaged items only):

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once a box has shipped.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • A cancellation/administration fee applies to cover the original payment processor fees Spiral Rain was charged.

Cancellation/administration fees:

  • Subscription renewal: $25 payment processor fees
  • One-time purchase: the payment processor fees charged on the original transaction

These fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Returns

Due to the handmade and crafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is damaged. Proof of damage must be provided for all claims.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days, or 3–7 business days for custom items, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Larger orders may require additional time due to the handmade nature of our products.

Orders are shipped using tracked courier services (Canada Post, Canpar, Dicom, DHL, FedEx, ICS, Purolator, or UPS). Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Spiral Rain is not responsible for lost or damaged orders.

Lost Shipments (Marked as Delivered)

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Check for delivery notices
  3. Look around your home/building
  4. Ask if someone else accepted it
  5. Check courier tracking for delivery messages
  6. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes marked “delivered” early)
  7. Contact your local postal carrier or courier office
  8. Leave a note of inquiry for your mail carrier

It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the courier for missing parcels marked as delivered.
We recommend shipping to a single-unit residential or business address for highest reliability.

General Terms

Spiral Rain may update, revise, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
All prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities at any time.

All Spiral Rain designs, materials, and products are copyrighted. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without written permission. All products purchased are for personal use only, not for resale.
