Getting Started!
Digital Content
- Grimoire pages are sent on the 1st of each month.
- Spell instruction videos, meditations, and visualizations are included inside the subscription boxes when applicable.
When Will My First Box Ship?
Boxes ship on the 8th of each month, unless it falls on a weekend.
If the 8th is a weekend, shipments go out on the next business day.
All boxes are shipped with a tracked courier using one of the following partners:
Canpar, Dicom, DHL, FedEx, ICS, Purolator, UPS.
We will always select the fastest and most affordable option.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions are month-to-month only.
We no longer offer prepaid 3, 6, or 12-month plans.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th of each month.
- Recurring payments are made on the 15th, but we can change your renewal date if needed.

Shipping Fees
We are a small, family-owned shop. Regular store items are priced differently from subscription boxes, on which we make very little profit.
✨ If you benefited from free shipping on your first box, future boxes will have shipping fees added to your subscription. This helps us stay sustainable.
Email Notifications
All boxes are shipped with email notifications including your tracking number.
Please ensure you can receive emails from:
- Spiral Rain
- ClickShip
Check your spam/junk folder if emails do not appear in your inbox.
If you use a work, business, or private institutional email, messages may be blocked or filtered.
Email is our only method of communication.
Shipping Locations
Boxes ship at CAD pricing anywhere in Canada and to select international regions.
If your region does not appear at checkout, please contact us.
Note for international customers:
- Customs duties, taxes, import fees, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Oils, sprays, and herbal products may delay customs processing.
- Please check your country’s restricted item list, as substitutions are not provided.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the information in their account is accurate before each shipment.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect address because your account information was outdated, it is your responsibility to locate or retrieve the package.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We do our very best to ensure every box arrives safe and complete.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with:
- Photos of all damaged items
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label

We will replace damaged items as needed.
FROZEN OR MELTING POLICY
Some items—like candles, soaps, sprays, and oils—can be affected by weather conditions.
Weather varies dramatically depending on your area, so we cannot be held responsible for items affected by:
- Extreme heat
- Extreme cold
- Climate conditions during transit
Please monitor your tracking and ensure someone can retrieve your package promptly.
Frozen or melted items are not considered damaged:
- Soap can be melted and re-poured into any mold
- Candles re-harden naturally at room temperature or can be placed in the fridge briefly
The items remain fully usable.
REFUNDS
Refunds may ONLY be granted for damaged items.
Photos of the damage must be provided.
Digital Products
❌ Digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Subscription Payments Are Final
We no longer offer prepaid multi-month plans.
All subscriptions are month-to-month.
Payments are final after 24 hours of renewal or purchase.
Refund Processing & Fees
If a refund is approved (damaged item):
- Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- A cancellation/administration fee applies to cover payment processor costs.
Cancellation fee:
- $25 the payment processor fee applied to the original transaction.
