I’m Rani Guillemette — Witch, Reiki Master, Certified Transpersonal Crystal Practitioner, teacher, and founder of Spiral Rain. I teach the craft the way I live it: grounded, beautiful, and doable.
Magick for real life
By day, I navigate very human things — timelines, proposals, spreadsheets. By night (and early mornings), I’m in the apothecary and the classroom, teaching you how to turn intention into practice. I’m a wife, mama to three, and a believer that magick belongs in real life — not just on a pretty altar.
My Path to the Craft
At eight I was collecting crystals; at thirteen I was devouring my father’s books on witchcraft. Days in nature, nights under the moon — the Craft wasn’t something I did; it was who I was.
I went to fashion design school, dreamed of a witchy café, then spent a decade in finance and later in architecture. It looked “right” on paper — but something essential was missing.
Burnout and chronic illness (RA & fibromyalgia) made me listen. With my husband away for a year and three kids to care for, I had to choose a path that truly supported my body and spirit.
I moved home, closer to family. In 2018, I founded Spiral Rain. What began with handcrafted tools and subscription boxes evolved as I studied deeply — Crystal Healing, Reiki Mastery, Transpersonal Crystal work — and started teaching.
In 2023 the pull to guide others became undeniable. By 2025, as a certified spiritual life coach, I launched Mystic Spiral Academy — where traditional witchcraft meets energy healing, crystals, and light work.

I’m Indian–Canadian, equal parts bohemian and meticulous researcher. I love a candlelit altar and a tidy spreadsheet. That balance — mystical + methodical — is exactly how I teach.
