Shipping & Renewal Rhythm
- Ship date: boxes ship on the 8th of each month (next business day if weekend).
- Order cut-off: orders placed on the 30th or later (if not sold out) align to the next month’s box.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th each month (or after a prepaid term ends).
- Prepaid plans: 3-, 6-, 12-month terms available; once the first box ships, prepaid plans aren’t cancellable.
- Free shipping note: sitewide free shipping excludes subscription boxes.
Language Options (EN/FR)
Boxes are prepared in English. For a French version, write to info@spiralrain.ca. If a book is included, we’ll replace it in the French box with an item of equal value.
Eco-Conscious Packaging
- Boxes: 100% recyclable corrugated paper.
- Paper: recycled/sustainably sourced for pages & booklets.
- Tissue & fill: recycled tissue + reused eco bubble where possible.
- Labels: printed on recycled kraft.
We minimize paper by printing essentials directly on items or info sheets.
