The Witchy and Spiritual world has a lot to offer, but also requires a lot of specific knowledge. Therefore it's not always easy to begin or to grow in all of this. Our subscription boxes are there to help! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our boxes are going to give you everything you need according to the time of the year: solstices, celebrations, the phase of the moon, etc.

You can save if you subscribe or purchase a pre-paid plan, these can not be cancelled once the first box has shipped.

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION •
- English boxes start shipping on the 28th of each month and French boxes start shipping on the 1st of each month
- Books included in boxes are in English. For French boxes we offer to substitute the book for another item of same value. Please write to us @ info@spiralrain.ca, to let us know you want a substitution.
- Your subscription renews automatically on the 15th of each month or once your pre-paid plan expires, if you select the “subscribe” option.
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, pre-paid plans can not be cancelled once first box has shipped.
• PACKING & SHIPPING •
We try to use a minimum of pamphlets and papers to describe our items, everything is written on the information sheets or the items themselves. We care for the global environment and the world we leave to our children and this is our way of contributing.
PACKING & SHIPPING: Part of the costs of your box include the box and the packing material itself. The items listed below account for a good portion of the overall costs for the Boxes. Each Box is lined with paper padding and wrapping to add to the surprise of what we’ve curated for you. We wish to be as environmentally friendly that we can be and do our best to source packing supplies and material from companies that have the same beliefs we do, in that we want to make as little of an impact as possible on the environment, while also keeping the content of your boxes safe as they make their journey to you.
BOXES: Your boxes where made from high quality corrugated paper and are 100% recyclable. Please try to find another use for your box. You could decorate your box to hold some magickal supplies or use it again to ship something to someone or save it for another time when you may need it. If you have to get rid of it, please try to recycle it.
PAMPHLETS AND MONTHLY BOOKLET: Your monthly booklets, pages and brochures are printed on recycled paper, which is sourced from sustainable forests and are recyclable.
TISSUE PAPER & FILLING: The tissue paper inside is made from 100% recycled paper and is recyclable. The filler inside each box are made from scraps of recycled colored crinkle paper and recycled bubble wrap. We also reuse bubble wrap received with outsourced items as much as we can.
STICKERS & LABELS: The stickers found within and on top of your boxes and products where printed on vinyl or polyester with a gloss or matte laminate.
• TIME •
We take pride in making, curating and assembling each and every box by hand, no matter the amount of time it takes. We do not just throw your items inside a box. We want your box to be delivered to you as beautifully as it left us, and it takes a tremendous amount of time to complete this task.
This includes folding the boxes together, individually cutting tissue paper & bubble wrap by hand, designing the magazine, stickers and brochures to be printed professionally by commercial printers or in-house, individually placing each item within their corresponding bags, individually assembling the boxes, individually packing the tissue paper within each box by hand and also putting together and creating product packing.
This timeframe doesn't even include the time spent making the products and the efforts made to manage the website, the back end billing system, social media management, customer service inquiries, accounting, marketing, purchasing, networking, and so on. This is a labor of love and we enjoy serving the community!
We believe in what it is we are doing and we sincerely hope that each and every one of you can see that the purest of intent and utmost care goes into curating each subscription box we make.
