WHOLESALE REQUIREMENT

You must be a retailer with a valid CRA Business Number (GST/HST number) and/or a Master Business License.  

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Prepaid orders accepted by Visa, Master Card, E-Transfers and Paypal.  Account Holder is responsible for all purchases made by additional buyers on the account.

ORDERING

All orders must be placed through spiralrain.ca. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept orders placed by phone, email or fax. First order minimum is $300.00. Subsequent orders are $150.00 minimum. 

SHIPPING & TAXES

All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping charges are calculated on a box by box basis using The Cheapest Trackable Option (UPS, FedEX, DHL, Purolator, GLS, Canpar or Canada Post). We reserve the right to correct any pricing and/or shipping errors.

SPIRAL RAIN WORKSHOP PARCEL PICKUP

All orders placed require a processing period for pick-up depending on what is purchased. Candles require 3-4 days to to cure. We will contact you to advise you of the production time depending on the volume of your order. No orders will take longer than two weeks to be processed, handmade, and packed.

RETURNS

You must first call 514.965.5267 or write to info@spiralrain.ca to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping. No returns or credit for special orders, clearance merchandise, special sale items, wearable items or books. All returned merchandise must be shipped via courier with a tracking number. Returns for any reason except our error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in undamaged, unopened original packaging. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receiving your order. NO REFUNDS – exchange or credit only.

PRICING

Wholesale customers receive a 50% discount off the regular retail price, and will be automatically applied at checkout.  We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary without notice. Prices will vary due to market conditions, order quantities, product availability and currency fluctuation.

SPECIAL AND CUSTOM ORDERS

All special orders must have a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total value. No cancellations or returns will be accepted on special orders.
