Shipping & Renewal Rhythm

Ship date: boxes ship on the 8th of each month.
Order cut-off: orders placed on the 30th or later (if not sold out) align to the next month’s box.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th each month (or after a prepaid term ends).
Prepaid plans: 3, 6, & 12 month terms available; once the first box ships, prepaid plans aren’t cancellable.

All boxes are offered in English. For a French version, write to info@spiralrain.ca. If a book is included, we’ll replace it in the French box with a treasure of equal value.

Tissue & fill: recycled tissue + reused eco bubble where possible.
Labels: printed on recycled kraft.

We minimize paper by printing essentials directly on items or info sheets.
